DIRECTIONS:

The main route from Plymouth to Exeter (A38/M5 Devon Expressway) is only a few miles away yet our peaceful valley seems miles from anywhere.

Intercity trains from Paddington to Plymouth and the Continental Ferry Port give superb access to one of the most attractive locations in the West Country. Daily bus service from village to Plymouth.

By Car: Approaching from A379 (Plymouth - Kingsbridge) as you enter village of Newton Ferrers, pass estate agents on right, take a left turning signed NOSS MAYO, Continue short distance (single track) with Yealm river on your right to end of estuary. Take a sharp right on single track road, until you pass Noss Mayo church on right .

Take a right fork down Revelstoke Road to bottom of hill, following sharp hairpin bend to the right. Continue down hill to Village Hall on your left. Pause...Foundry Lane is up slight incline ahead of you. Pilchards is along Foundry Lane to your right just beyond the point where Foundry Lane becomes a footpath.

There is free parking in the village and there is also a free car park adjoining tennis courts, within a few minutes walk.
